Our Services

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a collaboration between a client and their clinician where specific goals are identified and then pursued through an individualized treatment plan. Sessions typically occur on a weekly or bi-weekly basis and are most often just under an hour in length.

Our clinicians provide support for a wide range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, neurodiversity, parenting, gender identity/expression, and numerous other challenges that negatively impact one's quality of life. Treatment goals may include improved emotional regulation, decreased anxiety, trauma healing, relationship improvement, increased self-awareness, communication skill development, executive functioning improvement, self-esteem development, or any other areas of focus that can improve overall quality of life.

We are committed to providing a safe, affirming, and compassionate healing environment and to employing evidence based treatment modalities that have been found to be effective for each person's specific treatment goals.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy identifies the romantic relationship between individuals as the client and focus of treatment. Our clinicians provide support to couples who are seeking assistance in enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, planning for the future, navigating stressors and transitions, and strengthening emotional connections, among other goals.

Healthy, fulfilling relationships require intentionality and effort. Couples therapy can be beneficial for just about any stage of a relationship whether the goal is establishing a healthy foundation in a new partnership, navigating transitions in an established partnership, healing from relational ruptures like infidelity or maladaptive substance use, or increasing intimacy after period of disconnection.
Couples therapy is also often used to help navigate the challenges of separation, uncoupling, divorcing, and/or coparenting.

Family Therapy

Our clinicians provide support to all types of family relationships including connections formed through biology, choice, marriage, adoption, or other conglomerations of 3+ individuals who desire a healthier, more supportive, and more functional dynamic.
